Some may ask: "Can we refund our shoes if the shoes can't fit our feet?"We are very sorry to say, "NO", all products sold are non-refundable. So to ensure all customer's shoes fit nicely on their feet and minimise customers' disappointment, we need you to do a small favour: to measure your feet in centimetres.
Because we want maximum comfort for your feet while wearing the shoes, we would be REALLY glad if you can tell us your feet measurement in centimetres(from longest toe to back of heel). Just use a long ruler or measuring tape!!! =D
